Disorderly Persons Offenses for Possession of 50 Grams or Less of Marijuana or Possessing of 4 Dosage Units or Less of a Prescription Drugs
It is a disorderly persons offense to possess 50 grams or less of marijuana. The same is true for possession of a 4 or fewer dosage units of a prescription drug or sharing a quantity within this range without compensation or pecuniary gain.
